  • Not been reading all week, so hugs for those who need them, well done on the losses.

Chris, could you put me down for 7lb for next challenge please?

+ 1/2lb for me this week, happy enough with that as on prescription for the gout, not been able to shop so making do with whatever food I had at home, which didn't include a huge amount of speed.

Looks as if it was a bad month for my group as whole as SOM was someone who started last week and came in with a 5 1/2lb loss this week. Hopefully, next month will be a good one for everyone.

    Morning everyone

The forecast is for another warm day but at the moment it is quite overcast and cloudy. Hope it does warm up I plan on putting some washing out on the line!

That's not a bad result GTQ as you haven't been able to get out to shop for SW friendly food.

The person at your group who only started last week should not have won the SOM as you have to lose/maintain for 2 weeks running to even have a chance!

    Today's plan:

B - porridge & fruit - strawberries, kiwi fruit, peach
L - jacket potato with tuna & sweetcorn mayo, salad - mixed leaves, cucumber, tomato, pepper dressed with balsamic
D - HB braised steak and onions, mashed celeriac, brussels & green beans

    HEA - milk
    HEB - porridge
Syns - LTL mayo 1, red wine 15 (only 1 over but only had 2 Syns yesterday so ok with that
