Enjoy your holiday Vegastore. Holidays are for enjoyment and making memories. SW definitely isn't the top priority for me when away, although most evening meals are on plan lunch usually isn't and I often don't have breakfast either!
Final week of my holiday and am looking forward to some fresh and frozen vag! Most veg for this holiday has been tinned, apart from salad, potatoes and onions.

Any suggestions on how to deal with bloated/full feeling? I feel as if I am permanently bloated, although the quantity of food I am eating is not the cause. Decided yesterday not to eat breakfast until I actually felt hungry, that was lunch time, had 4 ryvita, with Philadelphia light & tomatoes & felt really full, had dinner at my friends yesterday evening, rice with beef strips & veg and still feel full?
On the plus side, had an amazing NSV yesterday. Had a delivery at work, generally the same couriers I see, but no idea when this guy had been here, first thing he said, "you have last an awful lot of weight"! One happy bunny for the day:DA smile costs little but creates much0 -

Morning All
Weighing with a loss of -2lb
Pleased with that as it takes me to 4 stone since I started many moons ago, still got a ways to go but at least I'm getting somewhere (albeit very slowly)
Today's plan
B fruit
L poached eggs on toast (hexb)
D smoked haddock with new potato, cabbage, carrots and peas.

Well done TTD. Enjoy the party on Saturday.
Sirens Congratulations on your 4 stone loss. 2lb is a good weight loss, definitely not losing slowly! I haven't ever managed that in one week - for me it was always half or 1lb a week now that's slow.
I'm making a pasta dish this evening which is a new one for me. I found it on a WW recipe card. Just need to look up how much ricotta you can have for HEA. It's a lemon, courgette and ricotta linguine (but I'll be using spaghetti as that's what I have in the cupboard). Looking forward to it as it's the first pasta dish we've had this holiday. Will be adding some salmon to it for protein.

Afternoon everyone.
Sorry I've been absent but I've had a really busy week (temp work season) so just to say well done to all this week's losers! And of course a belated thanks Chris for the chart.
I forgot to weigh this am as I had about 10 minutes to get out of the house so I'll do it tomorrow. Not a bad week overall although we had a day out midweek with an unplanned picnic so a bit overboard on bread that day. I need to plan and shop for next week over this weekend.
Today's menu
B Banana and Alpen light
L greek type salad with cous cous, a nectarine and some strawberries - lovely to have the sweet British strawberries back in the shops!
D Speedy veggie bolognese
Out tomorrow night for DGDs birthday - a local Italian restaurant which makes a big fuss of her and she loves, so will keep it light the rest of the day.
Syns for a little olive oil and the olives in the salad.
Wishing all those about to go on holiday a great time.
Back tomorrow with weigh in.0
