    Afternoon all.

Good to 'see' you Beanie- so sorry to hear about your cat. We've had to do this several times over the years and it has us in bits every time.
    Welcome Back SSM!
A big well done to all the losers.

    Today's Menu
B Scrambled eggs, 2 crispbreads with a scrape of spread, large orange
L Tuna pasta salad with lots of salad veg, nectarine
D Desert chicken - this is OHs speciality - like a veggie cottage pie, with green veg. (Called desert chicken because there's no chicken in the desert ...)
Syns for spread and LTL mayo

    Happy Sunday
  • Hello all! :)

Plus 1lb (0.5kg) for me this week :(

    Here's tonight's tea (now eaten).

    20190609-172059.jpg

Eggs are the pickled ones I did a few weeks ago, plus avocado and the other salad stuff you can see, boiled salad potatoes.

I intend to syn tonight with wine.

Why does my food NEVER look as good as yours Bubbs? :(

I am confused....if he has an attachment disorder, why is the focus on you?

Thanks for the inspiration...I will have scrambled eggs for breakfast, and will do a tuna/pasta/bean thing for lunch tomorrow.

I have to admit bubbs' food does look lovely.... and yours looks far to healthy..... no dead animals found on your plate.... just the egg (I won't say what I used to call them!) :D

I stopped eating walking and and flying animals three years ago and fish a year ago :rotfl:

I confess that I do like my eggs atm and cheese.
It's not very often that I find an egg that would have become a chick. Feel a bit guilty when I do :(

Sure you don't want to say what you used to call them? ;)

I'm on crisps and wine now btw ... :D
