I managed to read the thread yesterday but not post. Sorry if I missed anyone's losses. :)

Good to see you back SSM:). Any idea what made you stop? Start again? In RL groups I've heard people talk about getting their heads in the right place.

Probably not the best idea but I'm still using up extra syns with things I've got in that aren't particularly SW friendly. The plan is that when they're gone I won't replace them and start afresh after my holiday. Yesterday was a lamb shoulder joint, delicious but too fatty to be SW friendly. :(

Today I will be 100% on plan though.:D

    Today's EE menu:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, 2 fried eggs, HEA1 milk for drinks
L: ham, pickles, fried LO veg
D: SW Bolognese with tagliatelle, HEA2 Parmesan
    Syns: HP sauce 1

    Afternoon all,

Nice to see you posting Beanie. You know how nutty I am about my little kitty cat:happylove , so know how devastating it is to lose your fur babies

    Welcome back Sunshine

I'm limping back in, as I did something to my back yesterday, and I don't want you all laughing, but my back went as I was stepping into my pants!! :o:rotfl: Have been in agony since, and praying it'll just stop hurting and go away. Aarrrgh!! It's just so inconvenient. Am in work, but sitting at a desk all day probably isn't beneficial either.

However, on the plus side, before I pulled my back I had a NSV when I had a sneaky peek at the scales yesterday morning, and I've just nudged my way through the stone barrier, and that's me at 2 stones lost since January :j I just need to maintain that until official weigh in later this week. Feel like I could eat all the carbs in the world today (especially toast) but suspect that's me wanting to comfort eat, and maybe ibuprofen can make you crave foods? I dunno, but that's my excuse... although currently sat eating my standard salad and fruit/yog at lunch. :A

    Meal plan today:
    B - banana & passion fruit kvarg (1.5)
L - mixed salad, savoury rice, ham & chicken, dressing (1); mango, strawberries & 0% nat yog
    D - HM burgers, cheese, pickles, salad & sw chips, dressing/ketchup (2)
    HEA 1- milk in tea/coffee
HEA 2 - cheese on burger
HEB - none planned (unless I NEED toast later ;) )

Hope you all have a good day - utterly miserable and dropping a month's worth of rain on us here in Lincs.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home
