Today's our last full day today. Have topped up on the wine and beer so shouldn't need to buy any once we are back in the UK! So should space a few pennies:T.
We should be home by mid afternoon tomorrow and will be getting straight back on plan. Tomorrow night's dinner will be either mixed bean goulash with rice or corned beef hash so on plan.
Breakfast will also be on plan with an omelette, probably with some cheese in it plus some onion.
Back to posting regularly again from Friday once I've sorted my menu plan and done some food shopping.

I'm delighted to hear that TTD. You did well to get a loss but I'm pleased that you had a good time too. It's really important that SW fits around you not the other way round. It's not a diet, it's a change to balanced, healthy eating and that includes treats (but not too many;)). Well done for getting back on the wagon this week.
That was a brilliant NSV poundsinbucks. 50 lbs! Respect!!:T
Safe journey denise. We'll be flying out about the time you get back.
I'm still eking out the last of the fresh food and trying to stay vaguely on plan until tomorrow. Lunch was a bit of a concoction and I'm a bit short on Speed but I'm doing my best.
Today's EE menu:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk, skinny syrup, banana
L: JP, sardines, pickled onionscod, SW chips, runner beans, mushrooms, mushy peas
Syns: spread on JP 1, the cod has a topping of some sort so some syns there
I'll try to read along on my phone but best not to post with all my bad choices. Back the first week in July.0 -

Have a great holiday poundsinbucks, make some memories after all that's what holidays are for. Good luck if you are trying to stick to plan, don't think I'd be able to manage it 100% of the time.
Enjoy your holiday Maman. Is it Turkey you're going to?
