Have a great holiday poundsinbucks, make some memories after all that's what holidays are for. Good luck if you are trying to stick to plan, don't think I'd be able to manage it 100% of the time.

So far so good . OH and I agreed we would carry on eating the SW way whilst away and no eating out. I don’t mind and OH eats out regularly through work anyway. I think he is probably drinking more wine than he should this week, but I have no interest in alcohol, just end up with a red face :o and feeling uncomfortable. We’ve been eating cherries and watermelon, peaches, strawberries, satsumas as snacks. Salads and pasta salads alongside mostly BBQed meats. And I brought along a week’s worth of hifi bars for my two-a-day :rotfl:.

Was weird not going to WI on Tuesday, first time in 21 weeks, guess I will catch up next week.

Also brought along some Tesco One Squeeze NAS squash, as I wasn’t sure I would be able to find any here. Works well and goes a long way :T. And so glad I brought along my FryLight too :).

Hope you guys are drying out slowly in the UK, not sorry to have missed that rain! Expecting knee high grass by the time we get home again Saturday :rotfl:.

    Poundsinbucks x :)

  • Weigh in tomorrow, been good so hoping for a decent result. However, I have just eaten dinner, home made burger (had to cook the mince), potato wedges, mushrooms & tomatoes. Probably ate too much, but it was yum so will blame that if things go wrong tomorrow
A smile costs little but creates much :)
