Thans for the welcome back.
I need to get my head sorted.... left my lunch at home today... so had:
Breakfast - all bran, quark, apple
Lunch - 2 large apples
Tea - tuna.pasta....:DSo have I.
I know what to do but seem to be unable to do it.
Thank god I am not the only one... like maman said it is about having your head in the right place... I have only been on a diet once (when I was hear last time). I need some major motivation... hoping the clapping noise I heard when I was running down the stairs the other day is that motivation!!

Thank you for the chart Chris.
Thanks for the kind wishes everyone.
Back is slightly improved for being back home after work. For two pins I’d have had the day off, but we are so busy, and I’d have then stressed more about not being in. Going for a hot soak now, and OH has promised me some of his co-codamol later to knock me out. I sleep 14hrs straight after Night Nurse, so this could be interesting!
Youngest son got to experience beef burgers the sw way tonight for the first time, and he very much approved. Like you bubbs we just wanted a warm comfort meal. Going to use the other half of the mince for cottage pie tomorrow.
Dinner looked yum bubbs.
Sunshine there’s a good chiropractor in town my colleagues recommend so if it’s not improved tomorrow I will book an appt. suspect it’s the joint around the pelvis/spine that’s gone out of alignment. Felt the pain there acutely and it definitely wiggled in/out when it went and I bent double. At least I’ve benefited from all those squats I’ve been doing and able to squat up & down rather than bend. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -

:D:D. Am staying on plan as we are SC. Lots of fruit and salads and BBQed meats. NSV was on the way here, fitting easily into airline seat being 50lbs lighter, felt great
