  • - 1/2lbfor me this week, giving up on wishing for more, just going to accept that I am a tortoise and not the hare. Will get there some time and it will be worth it when I get there.

Have a good weekend everyone, even if the weather is hit and miss.

Congratulations Tete! Great news on the job and a loss as well..
Well done TIE and GTQ on your losses. I do hope there's some resolution soon for his nibs.

Well, weigh in this am shows a gain of 1.75 lbs - :( very disappointed and can only put it down to picnic day as I've been spot on the rest of the week, lots of speed and at or under 10 syns per day. I clearly spoke too soon about meeting my target for the challenge......:rotfl:

    Have a good weekend everyone.

I had my WI on Thursday morning and lost 1lb. Had a few set backs on Thur and Friday as quite stressed at work and off out to party tonight with buffet and drinks. Need to pull in from Sunday until next Thursday.

Great to see you posting beanie. We're fine but how are you?:)

Did my food shop in Sainsbury's as they sell more loose veg than my usual Aldi and I didn't want to buy packs that I couldn't use up. I did buy a fair bit of veg though as I'll cook it up tomorrow and then use up LOs for my lunches.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, fried egg, baked beans, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham, beetroot, fried potatoes & other bits of speed from fridge
D: Sainsbury's curry, SW chips, HM pilau
    Syns: weekend wine:j

The chicken tikka from Sainsbury's is on offer at £2. Not bad for 1.5 syns for the whole pack.

Good luck tomorrow Sue. I cannot imagine how hard it must be for you and your gd. Life just isn’t fair at times, is it?

Quickly popping in to say hi, well done all you losers. :T

It’s STS for me again this week. Seems to be my new pattern, but it’s better than a gain. It’s actually a good result given a couple of off piste meals. Day out for another meal today, and got lucky with a shredded duck salad on the menu, which was delicious. A few suns were had with a 1cm cube of chic brownie & 2cm square of cheesecake.

    So meal plan was:
B - shredded wheat. HEB milk from HEA - rest in tea/coffee
    L - duck, salad, dressing (1); brownie & cheesecake bites (4)
    D - salad & chicken. Dressing (1) slice of Wm bread (6)
    Snack - 3 tsp 0% yogurt

Bought some good value gym gear in Aldi tonight, which is fab quality and 1/3 the price of high st stores. Delighted to be able to buy medium size too. Despite no loss this week my body feels different again, I can feel
My legs don’t rub as I walk, crossing my legs is different. Feels odd but good :D it all helps with staying motivated. Stocked up on lots of fruit, salad and fat free yoga tonight while shopping, which is like my security blanket to stay on plan.

Good to see you posting Beanie
