Weigh in for me last night - 0.5lbs I'm a little bit sad but as I lost 8.5lbs last week I'm guessing it's evening out.

Still, if I keep on sticking to the plan then it'll all come good, just got to let it do it's thing. :)

Well went into TK Maxx and asked where Skinny Syrup was lady showed me upstairs saying they had a new delivery and they had so much I honestly did not know what to choose, got maple bourbon and and pecan they also had something new which was skinny topping also at 0% in salted caramel and chocolate, so went for the salted caramel. Like a dumbo forgot to go into Aldi for the quark....so both have been staring at me :D

    B. Bran blueberries rasp grated apple
L Bacon meds, toms mushroom and egg
D is a maybe Jacket with beans and salad or with poached salmon and prawns(if I can get the quark)

After sorting washing and ironing at moment feeling shopping can wait.....will change me mind later as the dog insists on motivating me walk wise:rotfl:

Away next week so can't promise it will be SW positive

Welcome, and good luck with your SW journey.

I don't go to group, so haven't access to the app/syn calculator, but if Pret is along the same lines as Costa in how their coffee is made, their syn values for a skinny latte are the following (I believe):

    Costa Skimmed Milk (skinny) Latte
    (Primo / Medio / Massimo) - 4 / 5.5 / 7.5 syns

Depending upon whether you use your milk allowance throughout the day too, otherwise you could take the first 6 syns in place of your HEA as I understand it.

I'm sure a wiser SW bod will come along to confirm for you in a bit.

There's lots of useful info on the first page of this thread, and there's always someone about to answer questions. Post here frequently to get lots of support and top tips if you can.

    Good luck!!

Well done sary on SOTW :T

Thank you chrisv for chart :T

Another pound off this week :D, so -1lb plus a holiday for the Tuesday after please chrisv, thank you! We are off on Saturday for a week of sun in the Algarve. Will be in control of food as we are SC, intend to stay on plan, don’t drink alcohol anyway , and hope to swim lots and let OH practise his BBQing skills most evenings :D.

Was interesting seeing lady get to target at group today. Obviously she was very pleased, but she was also really worried about what to do now! So she got given this special SW booklet with guidelines and helpful tips for the next 12wks. I guess time will tell how she is managing. The gist of the booklet was that you look at your average weightloss over the last 8wks, that puts you into one of three categories. And according to which category you are, you up your HEs and your Syns by a certain number over so many days per week, and then see how you go :o.

I got my SP Sensations cookbook today, which was free when buying a 12wk countdown. 60 SP recipes! Looking forward to trying some out, it may find its way into my suitcase .

    Keep at it losers :):D:):D:).
