I'm still half a pound off my stone award though!! Game face on, plan is to get that bliddy stone award next week, and get into the next stone bracket the week after.TakeItEazy wrote: »Good morning losers :A including myself with a gobsmacking 5.5lb :eek:
Fabulous! Whatever you're doing is working for you.
Keep at it Penny, it will come good.
Todays menu:
B/L SW fry up with tomatoes and mushrooms with toast. I had a 'big' breakfast so I didn't pick at DGDs birthday party this afternoon - just one tiny chocolate brownie!
D Made the keema recipe from PON but with veggie mince, and some of their onion bhajis with mint yoghurt and rice. Lovely and all free - who needs takeaway?? Large orange for pud.
Syns for a little spread and the brownie.
Have a good evening all0 -

Looks like another beautiful day here
: The BBQ has been fired up here, was instructed by OH to buy brisket of beef yesterday, will be slow cooked apparently, there are woodchips involved and a tray of water  Let’s hope there is some meat left come dinnertime and it has not turned into a shrivelled piece of leather :rotfl:.
Bit of a NSV here. As a diehard MSEer :money: I’ve taken to punching extra holes in belts to be able to keep wearing jeans and shorts as they get baggier
. Started as a size 22 in denial wearing very stretchy size 20s
:o. Have gone down to 18 which are now loosening
. So for my upcoming holiday decided to get some NEW shorts, and they fit!! A size 16, am very pleased
. Onwards and downwards .
Enjoy the day folks!

I hope you're feeling a bit better today tie.You could be back to target sooner than you think!
That's a brilliant NSV with the shorts poundsinbucks. :T I remember wearing the same trousers every week for months to WI. In the end they were so loose I could step in and out of them without opening the zip!:D
Still having a bit of leeway eating up things that aren't quite as SW friendly as usual. I've got a YS chicken joint from Sainsbury's today which allegedly has a few syns although I think they're in the skin which I won't be eating. Also making some free stuffing balls from LM sausages.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: soup, JP with cottage cheese and picklesroast chicken, stuffing balls, SW roast potatoes, swede & carrot mash, cauli, broccoli, kale and red cabbage if there's any left in the freezer
Syns: HM gravy 4? weekend wine:D0 -
sts please Chris .My scales actually say -0.4 so will leave it
We have had an awful week .DH mobility ans speech have both deteriorated a lot .
The night sweats are worse ,whole bed needs changing every night around 2.30 am and we are both v down ,there gave been tears from both .
The Specialist nurse has been v supportive
His scans and MRIs are booked and there should be a diagnosis at the end of June .
Think we are both aware it won't be good
Congratulations to all the losers ,am trying to stay on plan and reading most days ,just not getting on v often
Love to all Sue0 -

To top it off I had dental work done a few years ago to save my bottom teeth, an apple just ripped it all out and im left with wobbly teeth and big gaping holes, the price back then to repair these teeth was in the four figures, I was working then and could afford it, now though i hope i don't have to get a loan.
Same here I use my laptop when on forums and facebook
Sorry about your teeth hope you can get them sorted0 -
