    Evening all
I love the idea of being able to set your own target with SW. My target at the moment will mean I’m still in the obese category, but means I will fit into my wedding dress! When I hit my original target I had people telling me I looked ill and was far too thin- and that was 14.5 stone! When I briefly deviated to WW (never again) I was told I would have to go to 10 stone as that’s what they deemed ‘healthy’ for my height and I told them bluntly that if I hit that i wouldn’t be back as I would be in hospital! No-one batted an eyelid at SW when I said I just wanted to get to 16.5 stone so my wedding dress would fit which was great- I know that’s not a hugely healthy weight but there’s nothing to stop me carrying on once the wedding is out the way.
What a day I’ve had  Blooming assignment
it’s gone now though. And there will be wine syns this evening!!!

L: Chicken, rice (1.5 syns) sugar snaps, baby corn, carrots. Skinny Whip bar (4) water
T: PON Moroccan spiced salmon, chips and salad. Blueberries and yoghurt (1)
    WINE SYNS :D (7)

  • + 1lb for me.Expected, so not too bad in grand scheme of things.

Was totally thrown when I got there as there were tables laid out everywhere and it looked chaotic. Consultant was trying to get new members from first group set up, so I jumped the queue to take over taking money. Sat down and was immediately told "how dare you jump the queue, I was here before you!" Was just about to say I wasn't, just taking over that side of things when I saw the biggest grin. It was a girl that I used to manage in a previous job, I loved her to bits, would drive you nuts, I was first in queue to say that, but I could never fault her work and have always maintained that she was my proudest work achievement. I told her at an annual appraisal that she had the ability to become an accountant (I'm one) and she laughed at me, then realised I was being serious. Last night she told the consultant that if it wasn't for me, she would not be an accountant, proud moment compensated for the gain :o

    Good Morning :hello:
i drain the mice off of any fats as I have always done it ever since I was a boy making my
Own spagbol I give it a squeeze drain out and it’s so compacted it stays in a block till stirred, i all add in all my herbs etc then as it not washed away in the fat and you benefit from a flavourful meet afterwards. It will improve any spagbol sauce made Guaranteed.

I like phillidelphia soft cheeses so will be packing in variety.

It’s not good to be synning through the night so I’m saving those syns at the moment specifically to protect me. I’m really focused this week in getting down close to a new weight bracket. I’ve got 1st 2 1/2 left to target and a mini target doe next week 2 1/2 to get into 10st bracket.

 Don't think mice would taste nice :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Sorry but it made me laugh when I read it :D

Strange you should ask that vegastare. I feel the same about braised steak. I love the Hairy Bikers recipe and as it only has a teaspoon of cornflour shared between DH and I it's virtually syn free. For all that fantastic gravy !!
    Sorry for bugging in.

That's no problem. Well done on your loss!:T You'd be welcome to join us if you want.:)

What a lovely story gtq. I think an ex colleague joining my group would spur me on to lose weight. I was out for a meal with a group of former colleagues earlier this week. I'm sure we all do it (or maybe it's just me being vain:o) but we look at each other to see how we've worn since we worked together. I feel good that I'm slim and have a choice of what to wear.:)

Well, yesterday was a SW disaster. I drove up to London to help DGD1 to move out of her student house. I had a SW breakfast and bought a Pret salad for lunch. I was even planning what I could cook quickly got we got back. Then my DD suggested a Chinese as a thank you and because we'd all had a busy day. I didn't have the heart to refuse her. I enjoyed it too!:D

So, line drawn and back on plan as much as I can for the next couple of weeks before my holiday. I'll do my meal plan later as I need to do a food shop and start thinking about running the fridge down so I'm going to be very mse :money:and make sure I use up what's in and buy only essential fresh stuff.
