Well done poundsinbucks. That's a tremendous achievement and so quickly too!:T:T:T

That's a great NSV for you penny and very mse too.:money:

I went to WI this morning and was delighted to lose 1.5 lbs.:j It's probably because of the alcohol free Saturday I had a couple of weeks ago.:D

I'm just a pound over target now and, more importantly, I'm in range so can go off on holiday without worrying about booking time off and I have some leeway to lose holiday gain when I get back!:D

It was a very nice group and I'll go there again if a Tuesday suits best. They were very welcoming so I stayed to group instead of weigh and go.:)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix, HEA milk, half banana
L: JP with cottage cheese, ham, spring onion, beetroot, cornichons, tomato
D: SW chips, baked haddock, tomato, mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus, kale, mushy peas
    Syns: None!

Well done PIB:T:T:T That's about the rate i lost when i started:D how much more do you want to lose

Probably at least another 2.5st. But will keep tweaking my target, I expect. Not sure what I am going to look like, being the wrong side of 50 now :o. Plus I am not sure where the weight will come off next. Tummy and legs would be good, hope to get more definition to my ankles :rotfl:. Main aim at the moment is still to get a healthy BMI. Am sure I am no longer morbidly obese, but am above the healthy range.

How did you, Target Members, decide on your target weight?

    Poundsinbucks x :)

Two weeks tomorrow for three weeks and it's my annual trip to Turkey bubbs . Last year I put on half a stone mostly from chips, cheese and full fat tonic! :D

I used one of those height /weight charts poundsinbucks but my main aim was to be a size 12. I never weigh at home and I know from my (size 12:D) clothes when I'm gaining. Clean jeans are always a give away. :( My target weight is bang in the middle of the healthy range on the chart for 5ft 9.:D

That's the day I come home from France!

I'm like you maman clean Jean's day reveals where in target range I am. So far I'm still in target range but not sure I will be by the time I get home! I'm still eating on plan in the evenings but daytime is more difficult, what with bread, croissants etc.

Dinner: chicken fajita pie (from Pinch of Nom - haven't worked out syns yet), jersey royals, salad

That's on my list to try when I have another meat eater here aka DD1. I found a list of the syns online for the PON recipes - not sure of its accuracy but for the pie it suggests that it's free if you use HEA and HEB for it, 11 if not.

Finally feeling like I have actually lost some weight! 1st 8.5 lbs but its taken since New Year. I tried on loads of clothes in my wardrobe at the weekend including several that were obscenely tight last summer or that I couldn’t get in to.

It was a huge relief that I got into them easily and it cheered me up no end. i bought some white jeans about 4 years ago and only wore them a few times that summer. Every year since, there has been about a 5” gap where I can’t zip them up. I managed to get into them with a struggle and there is a big muffin top but hey, heading in the right direction!

Hope you all have a good week.

Well done! It gives you a great boost, doesn't it?

How did you, Target Members, decide on your target weight?

    Poundsinbucks x :)

Although I feel a bit of a fraud claiming to be a target member at the moment, I chose mine at the top end of the healthy BMI for my height. I'm in my late 50s (don't know how that happened!) and I was concerned about my face falling in and saggy skin elsewhere. Some people choose a dress size they would like to be.

Stuck to plan today so it's a good start. Tomorrows plan:
B boiled eggs with crispbreads, 1/2 grapefruit
L More soup (the last of it) JP with tuna and salad
D Having a go at PONs spinach and ricotta cannelloni although mine will be a lasagne

    Have a good evening all.

    Evening all :D
Apologies for being AWOL, I have had the most crazy busy weekend. Needless to say there was much naughty stuff consumed :D Line is drawn though and back on it. I’m not weighing this week for a genuine reason (uni work) so I’m hoping that I’ve broke even by next week. However on Saturday I walked 15,000 steps and climbed the equivalent of 20 floors (Tube stations and broken escalators- gah, my knee is screwed now :( ) plus another 11000 on Sunday so I’m hoping that has maybe helped a little bit.
Menu for first day back on plan (Tuesday)
B: HEXB porridge with HEXA milk, blueberries, water
L: SW coronation chicken jacket potatoes and salad (2.5 syns for mango chutney in the CC) 2 x HiFi (6) remainder of my HEXA milk
T: SW ready meal with sugar snap peas, baby corn and carrots. Ice lolly (4) water
S: Chicken drumsticks, Horlicks made with water (5.5)
Hope all is well with everyone xx
