I'm confused. Other than the fishy sort (which I love ) the only other scallops I remember were potato slices, deep fried in batter that my mam made {I loved those too ). What do you mean by your scallops tweets ? :think:0 -

STS for me.
Quick catch up.
Well done to the losers.curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -
I've not read back, sorry.
It's been a chaotic week (or more) chez tiger. Put it this way, as usual I planned all my meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the week, 21 in all. In a 'normal' week I'd manage to stick 80% to plan. This week I managed 2/21(9%). Ah well, tomorrow is another week - and it starts with afternoon tea tomorrow (no lunch beforehand)! I'm out for lunch on Friday too, but that leaves 19 meals to get me back on track.
Tomorrow's Plan
Breakfast: muesli (B), berries, ff yogurt
Afternoon Tea : @?!*@?!*@?!*@?!*@
Dinner: tomato, mascarpone & spinach conchiglioni (A)
Snacks: fruits

My consultant opened up weigh in early so I'm all weighed in for the week - 8.5lbs
I've very pleased and it brings me back to where I was before it all went a little off track.
I've bought myself a 12 week countdown and the plan is to just everyday stay on the plan.
I'm also going to do my body magic everyday as part of the 12 week countdown, just starting with a walk every morning and seeing how I can build that up, maybe by starting to run or the distance.A quiet day here, but I'll be getting some batch cooking down for the freezer.
Food today:
B: eggs, mixed berries, yog, hi-fi bars x 2 (HEB)
L: Chicken fajita salad (maybe some cheese)
T: Chilli lasagne, salad, sw chips.
HEAs used for milk and cheese and syns used for mayo and possibly more cheese and maybe a hifi bar tonight with a cup of tea.0 -
Well done FrankieM, looks like you are back on track good & proper. Great motivation!
Hope everyone has a good day and stays on plan .
Poundsinbucks x🥳🥳 SW -6st 3.5lbs 🥳🥳0 -
Thanks poundsinbucks
I'm sure it's because it was a morning weigh in so no food eaten yet, but as you say great motivation and it's been a really boost psychologically.0 -

Wow Frankie!! That's amazing!:T That must be a record for losing a holiday gain. Well done!:T
Whatever happened to derail you so much greentiger. Hope you didn't waste loads of food that you had plans for.:(
I'm back on plan 100% today but starting to get a bit philosophical too. I'm going to go to WI tomorrow and then just plan around that. If I'm in target range (very unlikely) then great. If not then I'll just have to try to take holidays while I'm away (not sure if I've got enough) or just pay up and shut up.:D To be honest, I've paid very little over the past 8 years so I don't begrudge it to my consultant.
I bought some YS pork mince yesterday so will make some pork burgers for the freezer later.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, scrambled eggs, HEA milk for drinks
L: LO casserole (just one potato left so mostly Speed)chicken stir fry with noodles
Syns: HP sauce 1, honey 2.50 -

This not my pic I googled it but potatoes cut like so . Don't know if pic is SW friendly
I make my SW quiche by cooking potatoes first and also cooking any mixed veg.
I then layer dish with scallop potatoes then veg then layer potatoes on top.
I then mix if large eggs 2 eggs (3 if smaller) into a tub cottage cheese poor mixture over potatoes and veg and cook 30 mins in oven at 200 degrees I normally have a tin beans with it0
