I had the most amazing tea last night!

Aldi 5?% quarter pounder burgers with salad, beetroot, slimming world chips and some fried onion and mushrooms on top of the burger and cheese on top of that.

It was so delicious and I think will become a regular weekend meal.

    Food today:

B: scrambled eggs (with onion, mushrooms, tomato) on toast (HEB) with baked beans
    L: Keems curry & rice
T: roast chicken, carrots, broc, potatoes and gravy

HEAs will be milk for drinks.

I'm at 96 syns by my calculation so it gives me some syns for my gravy powder.

We igh in is tomorrow and my consultant is opening up at 8am so I'll be going for the early morning weigh in.

I like those Aldi burgers too Frankie. I think they're worth 1 syn. The Sainsbury's BGTY ones are good too and they have the advantage that they can be cooked from frozen so a good stand by. That's what we had last night. :)

I'm toying with the idea of going to WI this week too. Another round of eating out starts this Wednesday so I thought maybe I should go to WI beforehand and hope that I'm still in target range which would then see me through until after I get back from holiday. I'll see how fat or otherwise I'm feeling by Tuesday. ;)

Sadly that 6.5 syns is for each seabass fillet missli. :( Still, if you enjoyed it then that's fine. :)

Today might be a bit 'eggy' but if it's OK for bubbs then it's OK for me.:D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, baked beans, fried egg, HEA milk for drinks
    L: veggie frittata with pickles
D: beef in 'red wine' (with onions and mushrooms), SW roast potatoes, carrots, swede & carrot mash, kale, broccoli, cauli
    Syns: cornflour 1, weekend wine:)
  • Good afternoon all, I’ve been a bit binge on they syns lately, really stressed out and feel under pressure in life in general at the moment. I still have drive and determination it’s just I felt I needed a blow out this week to cope. Hope everyone’s well and WI is tomorrow. I’ll be back and update you all on progress then. TTD

Denise is right TTD. It happens. Sorry to hear you're stressed though. :(

You may/may not not get away with it this week but generally I think you're too hard on yourself and don't have enough syns. Are you over the 105 for the week?:)
