In gift cards?
Na asked them to Refund back in original payment , Will order from SCAN Computers
they use DPD , never had any issue with them , Only few times they were little lateMoneyineptitude wrote: »Probably wise to now spend all those Gift Cards you've accumulated.
It goes without saying that you should elect to collect your purchases from an Amazon locker in future rather than risk them being delivered to a neighbour.
If you experience any further such problems, I fully expect Amazon to ban you as a customer so do tread carefully. :T
1 i had already reported that multiple times that why are they leaving at my neighbors when we have always have somebody home. They dont even try delivering the item properly.
2nd i asked them the proof of delivery which they didnt provide
3rd I contact police gave all the details
as i said earlier in last 3 years i have ordered more than 300 Items that gives me the full right if i find any issue in 30 days or dont like the item i can return thatAre you on first name terms with Mr Bezos then?
No Amazon has a department like Samsung Contact the CEO0 -

Amazon are under no obligation to allow you to continue being their customer.0 -
Hi again Shahzada,
I sent an email to Jeff to explain.
DEAR SIR,
LETTER BEFORE ACTION
ORDER #----
ORDER #---
I am writing regarding these 2 items, ordered I placed on ---- and --- with amazon and which i have not received.
I do not understand the claim made by your telephone representative, nor the emails which have been sent to me by Amazon. This has been a waste of my time and it was suggested that I need to make a police report regarding your failure to deliver these orders.
For your information I visited the police station in my area and even gave the Crime reference number and following details to your team. The Police advised me this is a civil matter and I should take court action if you fail to reimburse me.
Crime reference number:----
Metropolitan police ---
Contact Number :101
Email address: subjectaccessrequest@met.police.uk
Officer Name & Rank :---
Shoulder Number: ---
This is not something that would happen in the US and you would expect the same in the UK.
I am the victim..and should not in any shape or form be the one at loss.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 it states that the goods remain at the traders risk until they come into the physical possession of the consumer, or a person identified by the consumer to take possession of the goods. I did not take delivery of my goods and neither did I identify anyone else to take possession of the goods. Therefore it is your or your carrier's responsibilty to ensure the goods are physically put into my hands.
Further, Section 28 of the Act requires you to deliver the goods within the agreed or specified time. You have failed in your legal obligations. I have therefore have a claim against you for breach of contract.
I paid you for these items and you have not delivered them.
Your telephone representatives and emails inform me that the delivery carrier has proof of this delivery but refuse to provide this "Proof". It was not delivered to me.
I have not received these items for which I paid you £1720.64.
I am writing to inform you, therefore, that I have taken legal advice and will be forced to take legal action if I have not received the orders, or a full refund, within 5 business days. I shall hold you liable for my costs.
In addition I would add that unless you settle my claim I will have no hesitation in contacting the national press regarding your misshandling of this matter. I have ascertained that other Amazon customers have also experienced non delivery of orders of smart phones and laptops and similar items on the expensive side and exposure of this in newspapers could possibly be harmful to Amazon's reputation. Who wants to order an expensive laptop from Amazon if its not delivered.
Yours faithfully,
Did you end up getting a Police report and sent it to them to resolve the issue? As I've been
struggling with the Police of getting one as this a civil matter not a Police matter.

A Letter Before Action has to be sent via post not email. That is unless they agree to it beforehand.0 -

I should spend all your thousands of £s in gifts cards and run OP, and not deal with that nasty, thieving Amazon company again. Buy all your hundreds of items from elsewhere.0
