Hermes delivered a a broken tv heck even the Box was broken before i got the TV so never took it
they said we can issue refund or replacement i took Refund in GC

How is Amazon holding "thousands" of your money in GC balance "easier"? Why not just have the money yourself and then pay for goods when you buy them? You don't get any additional consumer rights or protection by paying using GC balance. In fact, if you paid by credit card you'd have MORE protection.0

This is all starting to smell a little strange. I'm not convinced we are getting the whole story here.0

Of what nature?
Items going missing perhaps?
This is the 1st item has actually gone missing when it was delivered, because we usually deliver each others parcel on this street so its good , Even with this i m pretty sure its drivers screw up
I had Few issues when items were gone missing
In last 3 Years i have ordered more than 300 Items from amazon alone, when amazon drivers few times delivered broken items or had issue with few the items i asked for refund in GC
as they put that in your account straight away and you can order for next day delivery that was the reason i started putting in GC balance0 -

i meant is if amazon cancels my account and if i had issue with they wont replace the items and that balance will be gone0 -

Large Balance in GC is not like i have 1000s in my GC balance lol currently in GC i have like 3 £ lol
i meant is if amazon cancels my account and if i had issue with they wont replace the items and that balance will be gone
Three thousand is thousands though.
Completely baffled as to why you think holding that in gift cards is a good idea. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
