Amazon left parcel with neighbours, they denied to have it

Over the years I have bought hundreds of items from Amazon and have never had any problems with them if I have needed to contact them about delivery of faulty items.

And as i said earlier that for all the hundred of items some thing like this has happened 1st time with me as well.
I reported that as soon as driver delivery to wrong property i went to that house straightaway and was told their is no person with that name ans they never got any parcel amazon asked me wait till friday in the end they said it was delivered in that location and they occasionally deliver to neghbour its on website and i need to contact police and report that
I went to Tottenham hale police station on friday waited more than 1 hour in queue was told they wont make report i need to contact fraud action
But amazon customers teams said i should contact fruad action team but police alone
Thats why i posted here because i didnt knew what to do and some one posted to call 101 which i did and get the crime reference number and all the details
Which i passed to amazon they are saying i need take pictures of physical copy and send them only than they will do em gone do send letter to that department on monday
My friend just google that and see for yourself0 -
This is the 1st item has actually gone missing when it was delivered, because we usually deliver each others parcel on this street so its good , Even with this i m pretty sure its drivers screw up
I had Few issues when items were gone missing
In last 3 Years i have ordered more than 300 Items from amazon alone, when amazon drivers few times delivered broken items or had issue with few the items i asked for refund in GC
as they put that in your account straight away and you can order for next day delivery that was the reason i started putting in GC balance
So is this the first item that has gone missing, or have you had other items that have gone missing?

This is the 1st time item has actually gone missing when it was delivered

Perhaps you should remind Amazon that someone has stolen THEIR Laptop and not yours

Apparently Email to Jeff has passed this to some other department
Presidential support has asked me to wait till Thursday and for them to re investigate everything
I have already sent mail to specific mail department with all the proof of ids to send me the copy of crime report as well so hopefully i will get the copy of crime report in mail in mean time
Lets see what they do0 -

It goes without saying that you should elect to collect your purchases from an Amazon locker in future rather than risk them being delivered to a neighbour.
If you experience any further such problems, I fully expect Amazon to ban you as a customer so do tread carefully. :T0
