I eventually refunded her and put in an application for a refund from royal mail. However, they have written to the buyer to confirm she didn't get the book but she's not responded therefore I wont be getting my postage refunded. What can I do? I've emailed her but she hasn't responded. My gut instinct says she received the book all along. I was good enough to refund but she doesn't seem to care.
thanks
apart from the small claims court their is very little you can do here. I would suggest though that you leave the buyer some feedback. Perhaps - "Buyer claimed non-delivery and did not respond when post office investigated"Do You Twitter?

I've sold 5 books in the last 7 days which is more than I've sold in the last month. Sales seem to have gone mad this week!April £5 a day challenge- £15.05/£1500

One of my friends has just come across a seller (on ebay but also has an Amazon store) who sends his books open in the middle so that they become thin enough to go as a large letter rather than a packet. For any sellers tempted, I wouldn't recommend it as the books get cracked very quickly along the spine. It also looks very cheap.

i had an email yesterday from an amazon customer:
"Dear Sirs, Since receiving my new nano in January I have only managed to import 5 albums on to it. This has caused me to lose interest but recently I have been trying unsuccessfully to sync my ipod. I am very exasperated and unhappy with this product and have had no real pleasure from it all. I have asked various friends to try to sort it for me but without success even though they themselves have similar ipods. So, unamimously they believe it is defective. I would appreciate a reply as soon as possible."
when i listed it i said that there was 12 months manufacturers warranty so should i be pointing her in Apples direction? or do i have obligations to refund after this amount of time?0 -

Well the buyers may be..... sales still pretty poor with the occasional flurry. My sales have not picked up at all this year but I have increased my stock x 4. Have got a bit disheartened with it all and not listed any for ages which doesn't help. However, am on hols from one of my jobs from next week so might make a big effort to get out and look for books and to list some of the ones I've got lying around.
This thread was very quiet for a whilke, how is everyone doing?
