Selling Your Stuff on Amazon Part 11 - Advice for newbies in first two posts

I deleted my payment card a few mths ago, so can they still charge it?
I'm not quite sure I know what you are trying to achieve. If you are a pro seller on Amazon and wish to remain as such you must give them a card to charge, if you don't then they will just cancel your pro selling subs.
If you wanted to cancel your sub then cancelling your card will mean they can't collect the subs from you but wouldn't it just be easier to actually close your pro account and go back to a regular unpaid one?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. If you are not a pro selelr then you don't pay monthly fees. As Amazon take their commission before putting the money in your account they also don't need to charge you anything else, however they will need your bank account details to pay you any money you get from sales.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. thanks for your response. im aware of that, ive not sold or listed anything on amazon recently.
just wondering if they can still refund the buyer when my card & bank are no longer on my amazon account? hasnt been for about a mth nowWins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0 -
I can't help with your specific question, sorry. However the seller boards suggest that telephone support has been having problems with no assistance available. I did email yesterday about a problem and got a response within 12 hours, so email support seems to be OK.
If your card is near expiry that might have caused the problem? How long ago was it that you last paid any pro fees?
Would just like to say thanks to Soolin. My account is now ok after a call to seller support this morning-Amazon had a glitch on their system whereby my address was showing in personal details from my end but not from Amazon's !Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 440 -

I don't have many books listed (about 7
), but amazingly in the last month I have sold two books for about £10 a piece. Needless to say, the rest of my listings are relatively low value that will go to the next car boot sale......

Back in april I sold a book that 'didn't arrive'! The buyer became instantly aggressive demanding to know where her book was and in so many words accused me of not sending it. I eventually refunded her and put in an application for a refund from royal mail. However, they have written to the buyer to confirm she didn't get the book but she's not responded therefore I wont be getting my postage refunded. What can I do? I've emailed her but she hasn't responded. My gut instinct says she received the book all along. I was good enough to refund but she doesn't seem to care.
