Yes I did it was exactly where it was supposed to be.

I know I will sound weird but I honestly think I have gremlins. I had the box out and went all the way through it and the book was not there. I had a cup of tea and decided to order the book (and pay another £10 for it!) from Waterstones but my OH persuaded me to have one last look. I got the box out again basically to show him the book was not there..and there it was as clear as day!

I'm just off to get todays lot..hope they are all where they should be!

I need help!!!

I sold a phone on Amazon for £235.00, I got an email from the buyer saying can I cancel the order, I've just refunded but my payment account still has the money in there and is showing as no refunds been given.

My payments are pending transfer as today is my transfer payment day.

What should I do?

sometimes a refund takes a short time to disappear from your account think i would be a little sick getting an order like that and then having it cancelled and having to refund

i have had this too, there is sometimes a small delay before it shows in your amazon account.

my funds are normally transferred at the end of the day so the refund should go through before then.

hope that makes sense

I'm gutted they wanted a refund, but I'ld be even more gutted if my bank transfer happened before the refund.

As I would have to sell alot to repay the negetive balance!

Have stopped checking as I was obsessing will give it till 2pm then check again.

if amazon did transfer the £235 to your account and then the refund went through afterwards they would just charge your account with £235 for the refund 2 weeks later so you'd just have to remember not to spend the £235 in your bank!

i'm sure that the refund will go through shortly before the transfer is made.

She was at my place during January and I averaged 1 sale a day to happily cover my pro merchant fees. :j

But now she appears to have moved on to someone else as I have only made one sale since 1st Feb!

I could do with her popping in again really

Another time, and for one of the books that I eventually had drop shipped by the dawg I contacted the other seller before hand and explained what I was planning to do. He/She was happy to help me but added a further £1 on her book before I could buy..thus pricing herself out of the market. Strange or what?

I agree with Soolin, Clive is very kind and helpful, one of the 'good guys' on the Amazon Board (as is Rupert) (and me )

The selling fairy has not visited me much either Today was my fortnightly 'payment' day and it was the lowest it has been since I started selling in 2004

Although to be fair I have not listed much new stuff because of 'real work' commitments and an 'injury'.

I have a mountain of books in the garage that I need to list to clear space but am not able to do as I need to rest as much as poss.
