thanks 4 the info about 3 .... but what did they say when any1 mentioned about the cashback situation - wondering should i cancel my contract and run.0
-
Good suggestion. The run part is definitely what you should do if you action the first.0

Got email today from administrators - liabilities are 4-10m gbp, assets are £250K!!!! Unless network commission stops being payable on bankruptcy then basically they were broke for months while still trading which I thought was illegal and should result in prison for the directors. Needless to say no payout expected for cashback claimants.

Thanks for the link, just registered my claims - not that it amounts to anything *sigh*.
As far as I can tell - it's limited liability which means the directors get off scott free? Jokers :rotfl: I've stopped hurting over this now. Hopefully the loopholes will be shut and no more people will be stung over this; mobilejunkie and all the other savvie cashback clientelle will need new jobs
Just wish the workers weren't high up on the list of creditors; the whole lot of them were lying scumbags and _knew_ the ship was going down. It's interesting that MA went down with JUST enough money to pay everyone except their customers off, including holiday pay  .0 -
Glad you've stopped crying, if not bleating over them. No new "job" yet though; just 2 more deals since they went down.0

Ok, I'm obviously being stupid here but how do you register your claim?:heart2: Charlie born Aug 2007 :heart2: Reece born May 2009

They say they will contact all creditors by e-mail.
But it does seem the cupboard is well and truly bare, and not even the chance of a crumb for cashback creditors.0 -
ok this may be a question i may get my head bitten off for, but some people on here have said they have already moved on to their next cashback deal. So are people doing this because there are reputable retailers out there who are paying out, if so who are they and what are these deals people are moving to and what are their reasons for moveing to these people ?0

' By completing a statement of truth you certify that the information provided is true. A person who completes a statement of truth without an honest belief in the truth of the given information is liable to proceedings for contempt of court' to quote MCOL. This applies to employees as well as directors.
I did'nt send recorded so i don't have a watertight case.
Is this not a criminal offence which the police would have to investigate if requested?0 -

There are probably many things tat CNM and PD did that are against the law, but sadly the police will not be interested in anything like this, despite it blatantly being just an elaborate form of theft.
Now, if you were to do 85 on a motorway you would get their undivided attention.
