It's a little strange how you'd lay into someone when it's nothing to do with you?! Absolute freaks if you ask me. I bet you wouldn't open your mouths to people like this in real life. You lot continue with your little brave remarks on her, you wouldn't be opening your mouths to me like that to my face that's the funny thing.
Final offer in now and other viewings booked we have nothing to lose. Any more smart remarks before I delete my membership?? Any takers, I'd love another couple of laughs.
Nothing much to add other than, on behalf of most of us members on here.

Goodbye...
Please do come back if you would like some help in the future.
I do apologise that we weren't able to provide you with a letter which would make the seller understand how wrong they are and how right you are.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
Apparently it was a divorced couple - the wife was happy to sell, the husband wasn't and was refusing to budge on price.
Yep, seen that a few times. No matter how much you love the house it would probably not be worth making an offer as, even at the full asking price, you are likely to get caught up in the divorce flack.Which brings me to the next one we lovedThey wouldn't go down for the sake of £3k.You know what we did with that one? Sulked for a day and then started looking elsewhere!
You loved it but not enough to prise the last £3k from your hand. If I liked a house that much I wouldn't walk away for the sake of 3£k, its insignificant in the bigger picture.0 -

You are delusional, selfish and entitled.
You think the someone should be bullied into selling you a house cheap, when you will probably pull out anyway, as you admit you have done several times.
The estate agents aren't scamming you, all they want to do is sell the house with minimum work. They don'e care about £5k or £10k here or there, it makes little difference to their comission.
If they don't want to sell you the house, move on and find another but for the love of god, change your attitude. It stinks.Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0 -

I love reading threads like this. A new user joins the forum, asks question and looks for people to agree with their views.
When the people on here (who are giving their advice and time for free) don't agree with the OP they get hostile and start with the name calling.
How about having some respect for the people on here, you can disagree with them but there is no need to start with the childish name calling.
As for saying it to your face, if you were as jumped up and self entitled in life as you are on this forum you can bet your life that id be telling you go foxtrot oscar.
I imagine that in a few months time if the owner does make the mistake of selling to you they will be on here seeking advice about their 'buyer from hell' but thats just my view

Wow. A delusional seller can`t get their price (because the house isn`t worth it?) and a potential buyer points this out on a thread, and all hell breaks loose! The idea that a divorcing couple who have been trying to sell their house since 2017 have all the power is at best laughable. The top thing people can do right now to save money is to pay less for the biggest financial outlay of their life, and the more delusional sellers that are educated to this fact the better IMO.0

I'm not surprised you don't understand this Crashy.
Of course the sellers "have the power", because they obviously do not need to sell. So without their agreement, the OP won't be buying.0 -

Christ, you couldn't have missed the point more if you tried....
The divorcing couple clearly can't, or won't, sell. Not at the price the OP offered, and probably not at all. They still have a huge amount of power because no matter how much the OP shouts, swears, stamps their feet and throws their toys out of the pram, either at the "seller" direct, or at MSE by proxy; there's nothing that the OP can do to make them accept a price they don't want to accept.0
