Estate Agent Playing me?

This house isn`t selling, as I said, but without a link who knows really.0 -

How is it even advice when people are disrespecting me and putting in cheap little digs as if they are the property seller. I find it amusing really but hey ho
It's really not - most people on here just have an opinion and that means healthy discussion and debate. You learn a lot from debating and not shouting. I personally think it's ok to offer low at the moment but it's good to hear why others don't.
Why does it all get to you so much - just don't read anything if you don't want to.0 -

Buyers do have the power stop acting thick... It's a buyers market and erm they want to sell the house. Buyer offers a fair price and sellers are being stubborn so that's up to them isn't it... They can wait another 12 months festering in that negative house lol waiting for that extra 5k.
All but this buyer, evidently.
Anyhow why did you want to buy a negative house?0 -
Negative as in negative atmosphere because neither of them can agree on a sensible figure to sell their house at. So it makes sense to keep it on the market for another year or so in the hope that some mug will put an offer in higher than £235,000.... OK then.
I've been put off by these vendors anyway with they're petty penny pinching and we won't be considering it if they came back to us. It has alarm bells all over this one now especially since a sale collapsed because of view blocking. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Hi
Hi I am more frustrated with the estate agents messing me about. They've not put forwarded my offers and I had to complain to the manager to get this looked into.
Has your friend said the same?
FYI.Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.0 -

If its penny pinching then the implication is you are very close to each other on price, and it takes 2 to tango.Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.0 -

Crashy, can you remind everyone how many years you have been waiting for "delusional sellers" to sell a house at a price that's worth it?
Is it 18 years? 20 years? Or has it been even longer that you have been paying off your landlord's mortgage instead of your own?Katetheplate wrote: »Crashy Time, thanks finally someone who can see this from a buyers point of view.
Katetheplate, as per the above, pretty much the only person who agrees with you is someone has completely misjudged the housing market for around two decades now... treat their opinion as valid at your peril.Every generation blames the one before...

Katetheplank would be a far more suitable username.0
