I looked at the odds and bought 35,000. I had 20000 with Santander giving £5 a month interest (It was £50 a month when I first started with them) and I had saved the rest during lockdown with a TSB ISA which gave me £7.39 interest over the year.0

I have £5k in 2 halifax reward a/c which give £5 each a month, also won £50 from my £100 premium bonds, now thinking of withdrawing from one of the halifax rewards a/c to buy more premium bonds.

Looking for more interest again I thought to go for UBL UK todays best 2 year fixed. There web page says they now have internet banking. Tried to register and after numerous attempts failed decided it was their website.
Thought I might get a reply from them by posting on Trustpilot. Went there and and saw the reviews - Oh boy am I glad I never got to invest.
So if you are thinking of UBL UK just have a look at Trustpilot.

Same for most banks on TP - look at Nat West reviews for about the worst.0

Trustpilot is not a placer where I would go for opinions on banks and building societies. Or much else, for that matter, as by definition they are attracting people in various stages of agitation6

But for starters, I'd say read the MSE guide to pensions to ensure you're getting the most out of your employer's pension scheme: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/auto-enrolment/
Beyond that, read the MSE guide to Stocks and Shares ISAs: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/stocks-shares-isas/1 -
So, I have invested in an online business. I am a professional seamstress and now I invested in a sewing related business. I purchased a blog related to my profession. Also hired a professional blogger to run this business.
I am wondering is it a good idea to invest in a business like blogs or should I resale this blog? Please expert opinion needed.0 -

I am surprised that nobody has posted that Marcus are offering a one year bonus of 0.1% on their instant savings account. This hikes the rate up to a magnificent 0.5%
(unless it is only me and my wife that have been offered it!).
