I've opened this new 5.1% account on the Beehive app but it does not seem possible to transfer the balance from my existing 4.9% Bonus Saver. Maybe I shall have to send the money to my bank account and then redeposit it, unless anyone knows a way around this?
EDIT: Discovered that you request closure of the 4.9% Bonus Saver first. It then gives the option of transferring to the new 5.1% Limited Issue Easy Access.0 -

I don't think that's correct - I wasn't aware of any minimum account term when I held an earlier issue, and received the expected amount of interest on closure. It would be a strange penalty that would make it more restrictive than a notice account but less than a fixed term account.
