I opened the 4.3% Coventry ISA last month and deposited 20,000. Is it possible to transfer it to the new 4.9%?
Just did this takes 5mins, to open and transfer.  Now off to transfer my ISA from YBS who seem to be lagging way behind.  Seems to take a lot longer with external transfers

My YBS ISA is at 5.20% 🤷‍♂️
But only good at that rate up to £20K, then it's 4.70% so anything else and you could transfer it to Coventry at 4.90%.
    Only £20k in there 😁

Further to my earlier message about logging into Coventry, the issue seems to have been resolved.

Incidentally, I've now transferred my ISA twice in the last two weeks (the most recent one to Coventry) and in both cases the transfer completed the next day, so I'm pleased how quick the process now is. One reason why I'd only pick providers that use the electronic BACS service.
Blimey, one of mine took a month! All that lost interest.
I rarely switch unless it's a big difference in % interest so I would be interested to know how much difference financially all this switching makes ?
An extra £104 approx for me over the next year, that's the difference between not switching and switching. Assuming I don't switch again, don't withdraw any money and that the old and new ISA's stay at the same rates they are at present. For me it was just worth it!
LOL £2 a week and only if you don't switch again, wouldn't be worth the effort as far as I'm concerned

I don't switch my savings unless it's a good jump but I do switch current accounts for incentives

£1,700 soon to be £1,900 in less than a year

I think an EA switch for £104 is less than half the effort and less impact to your credit score.  So for me EA switching is much better value for money.

It appears the Leeds BS Issue 50 5.10%AER is NLA.  Replaced by Issue 51 at 4.85%AER.

FYI @soulsaver but this may not qualify for your TOTP List

If you log in as an existing customer, you can open the 5.1% account there (on the website version at least).

I've opened this new 5.1% account on the Beehive app but it does not seem possible to transfer the balance from my existing 4.9% Bonus Saver. Maybe I shall have to send the money to my bank account and then redeposit it, unless anyone knows a way around this?

EDIT: Discovered that you request closure of the 4.9% Bonus Saver first. It then gives the option of transferring to the new 5.1% Limited Issue Easy Access.
