oz0707 said:Yes I tried the existing payee option but it only showed my external account. To be fair I haven't tried closing the account I usually like to leave a pound in and keep them open in case the rates increase to exceed the new account. Do we think the chances of this are slim and best to just close account?
The chances of the 4 Access account getting an increase in rate are as close to zero as you'll ever get.0 -

Thanks for the help it was there below! I didn't realise I could scroll further. I have closed the account and transferred to triple access0

Crikey that was quick and easy - 2 x Cov accounts killed off (Limited 6 Access & Four Access) and funding moved into the new Triple access, all super quick to do.0

Very impressed with Coventry lately. Even when they fall behind a bit, it doesn't take them too long to come back to the top of the leader board - and now topping both the savings account and ISA easy access charts. Of course none of these are unlimited access - but if you are happy with a limited access account, they seem to be reliably very competitive.

I'm still keeping my Coventry Four Access accounts (2x issues) open with 1p. 🤷♂️
Might be worthwhile at some point in the future (not just in terms of interest, but for the amount of permitted withdrawals), and for 1 pence why not?3 -
