UKCPS & DRP - should I go to court (and win)

As your case was about a single digit keying error, I can understand your decision:
I bet you will never make that error again, and will always check parking signs very clearly and avoid UKCPS car parks in future (as I do, myself) so you will never be paying them any money again.i Contacted Tap2Park directly who got in touch with UKCPS. They have came back to them and said I didn't use the correct vehicle reg. I've just check my receipt and I accidentally put in a single letter wrong. I can't believe it.
Thus you will soon recoup that £20 you spent altogether and will deny them future tariffs, as you will park elsewhere.
So they've won nothing. And you've learnt about the PPC scam and how to avoid it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Correct Couponmad. I will NEVER use their car parks again! I've learnt the hard way but could have been worse! I'd advise never using Tap2Park for payment of these type of car parks either they have been so utterly rude throughout the whole process and quite clear they all work together closely.0 -
I agree, I believe these systems are set up knowing people will fall foul with small errors. It will be the parking firms driving this.
And there is always a risk because the phone apps normally carry forward & assume your last 'location code' and/or 'VRN' and if you don't notice this assumption, you can end up paying for the wrong one if you are at a different site or using a different car one day.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
