Sounds to me they will be as happy as you are that you have left.

You were referenced in another post on Saturday and I thought the comment awful and reported it.

    And now I am wondering?

I will just pipe up here to balance out the other comments that seem to think these are great.

I got a final bill from them and it showed meter readings from 6 June till another date in June.

They were going to take final payment out the bank.

I wrote back saying every bil has a 0 and I want a proper bill. Guess what? They never took the payment. Can you see where I am coming from now?
What do you mean every bill has a 0? Did you not give regular readings? It's not uncommon for a revised final bill especially if others have been estimated. How long were you with them and did you have other disputes etc.

Move your supply away from these. I don't do sugar coating and that is what is happening .

As nic_c has asked, can you be more clear and specific? It's hard to understand what you are getting at and I think it's important we understand the point you are trying to make as it might affect people thinking of becoming customers of Symbio.

Frankly, no I can't  Think you need to be a bit clearer in your explanation of exactly what you think has gone wrong.

Hi. Was with them April, May and June.

Entered readings regular, more than 1 each month. Each bill said previous reading 0.00 and current reading 0.00.

The June bill comes, this was the final bill and it showed a reading previous and current with some random amount they were going to take.

I wrote back saying as I have been with them since April, I want a correct bill. They have not produced a correct bill for me. They never took the direct debit.

There is that okay for you?

Don't touch them with a barge pole. They are an insolvency waiting to happen and I get fed up reading here they are fine. They are not fine.

    .

OK I think I'm with you now, thanks. So having left in June you still (mid August) don't have a final set of bills covering April - June. Could just be unlucky I suppose; if you select any feedback thread you'll find someone whose billing has gone horribly wrong.

Meter readings are my next hurdle - I'll be reporting back on how that goes.

Not too worried about them going bust. The industry protection systems seem to work well enough and we just move on.

And with symbio you don't build up a credit balance as they bill you for what you use. If they go bust what will i lose. Nothing. And in the meantime I'm enjoying low cost electricity

It is us all who pay when supplier goes bust.

I don't mind you getting low cost electricity. What I do mind is people saying these are good.

They are not good and I will post this.

Although as I understand it this may not have happened in this case, since there does not seem to have been a proper reconciliation of actual to estimated usage.
