If you lock in now to a variable, you can still change it using the same link up until the 31st if a cheaper one comes along... Its something I have been doing not sure if its intentional or not lol

I do like the way that they torture the English language in their emails.

I'm also on tariff number three, it's not really variable in the normal sense of the word, but still the cheapest by some way for me for electric only.

The standing charge has also dropped to about £0.16 from £0.22 benefitting low users.

I switched to Symbio, mainly because of the prices, and had a terrible experience with them. I have endured months of incompetence, misinformation and lack of communication between their departments.
