Exactly how I feel. At 10.024p a unit and fixed until next March a very good deal.Mister_G said:Yep, no reminder again. I used 750 in February against their estimate of 864. I don't mind lending them £15 for now in order to get cheap electricity. It all seems to work out in the end.1 -
Bill now online. For March they estimate 566 units. Again way over the top. I will use no more than about 350.CRISPIANNE3 said:My usage for Feb was 315 against their forecast of 528 units.0 -
How'd you manage that! When did you fix again?CRISPIANNE3 said:

Only the 186kwh over estimation for me in February, which is getting better. I wonder how march will go....0 -
I was already on a fix and they allowed me to come off that one for a better deal. It is for 15 months and finishes end March 22. New fix was on the 8 December 2020.niktheguru said:

well done on that, surely one of the cheapest fixes! I wasn't so foresighted!! currently considering my options as my fix ends in april, probably going to octopus.0

I am always looking out for a better fix than the one I'm on with this company. I have in the last two years probably changed a few times with them before my any of my fix rates reach maturity. They are normally very accommodating. If only they could get back to given more realistic estimates.niktheguru said:well done on that, surely one of the cheapest fixes! My Mum in law is with Octopus and I manag her account on line for her and find them very efficient.0 -
Just received my bill and to my amazement they have increased my estimated annual consumption from 4400 to 4950. This is just a work of fiction!0

This is on mine? My bill sent today was for £47.11760.00 kWh EAC (Estimated Annual Consumption):The world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but by the weakness of the good. Napoleon1 -
Entertainment continues, having been a Symbio customer for 19 months now you'd like to think that they've been able to figure out the EAC properly,by now, surprisingly not.
Spotted mine was upped by around 11% to 2501,probably hiked everybody by that amount.
Interestingly they also think I'll use 288 units next month,having just used 162 this month,albeit only 28 days.0 -

Perhaps everyones is being increase then. My increase is 12%. The annoying is their monthly estimates are a good 50% more than they should be.0
