Using the Citizens Advice comparison site the results show several tariffs which have the same price for both night and day rate. And I see they've just put their prices up.

i keep telling them that they have to pay but falling on deaf ears so Ombudsman here i come

I did the same, told them that they had the eight weeks before I went to the ombudsman.
I then gave them a reminder after two weeks, and then another after four weeks and one at the beginning of this week., I got the apology and I said thanks, but they now only had two weeks left before I escalate it to the ombudsman..
Earlier this week they offered me £5, I said no but I'd accept £10 but I'm sure I could have pushed it further had i wanted to but I got fed up and really couldn't be bothered to go all the way to the Ombudsman. But I did enjoy the sportNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers2 -

Thanks guys. It was what I expected.
I always kept to my terms of the deal but they failed so I am due some compensation. It should have been automatic so I will proceed with it all the way to the ombudsman if necessary.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. They sent me my final bill, just before the deadline, but it is wrong (as I suspected it might be). I've filed a complaint with them, and I will have to see how long they take to deal with it. Fortunately the credit balance they owe me is very low, so I don't mind waiting, even if it has to go to the ombudsman.
