On checking their latest tariffs they are offering one until March 2022. For me this is 0.18p per kw dearer but the standing charge drops from 24p a day to 20p on the new tariff. Also we have changed from electric showers to gas and have now a very energy efficient new kitchen so our usage should now drop. I have requested they change us to this tariff.

We take this opportunity to apologize for the limitation and delays we have had in our responses during the past few weeks. Symbio continues to be the lowest price energy provider in the UK since 2019. We have saved our customers millions of pounds every year.

 

Covid-19 has been a testing time and we have been functioning with limited staff trying our best to protect the health of the rest of our employees. We have moved office and invested in new staff and training, the benefits of which will be experienced by our customers next year. The changes in office, systems and Covid-19 has resulted in the temporary decline in our service standards. Beginning with a new website, we have revamped our brand and we will look forward to providing you with improved services soon with equal enthusiasm.

Got to say that they work out the cheapest for me and my mum's property. Are they that close to going under? My instinct tells me to go with a 2 year fixed deal with Ovo, as I feel that we'll see some heavy rises over the next year thanks to Brexit.

I would like to know where they have moved to as their Watford office would only accommodate about 5 people.

Although again, that’s unfair to primary schools.
Incidentally, just been reading latest reviews on trustpilot ... amazing how often they reply to say they don’t hold customers money.  Yet they have not been accused of that by the people they are replying to.   Guilty conscience ?  Trying to convince people they are not taking a rolling interest free loan before they think to accuse them of doing exactly that (and being 100% correct)

I even tried to post a more positive experience TP  a few months ago. It was flagged as being fake. However I have been a customer of this company for about 20 months.
