Just wanted to come back and say a big thank you to you all for all the help and advice! Your honestly amazing. I wouldn’t have had a clue where to start or what to do at all stages during this but you helped us through it all.

The judge commended us on our thorough defence and witness statement and organisation on the day. Couldnt have done it without all the sound advice.

Hello! So the charges that we were given at court.. are we supposed to wait for a final bill or something to come through? Or do we just ring up and pay? I didn’t write down the actual figure, around £185.. should I email bw? Thanks.0

You should pay the claimant as soon as possible , no waiting around0

You should get a brief judgment/order decision through from the court (not a transcript of the entire case, BTW!).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
