If there are multiple machines BWLegal have to make certain that the logs provided came from the same machine that you have a video of.

Well there’s only one machine out of four being used for the entire hour before and after we tried to get our ticket. Cannot remember which levels he tried but he tried 3 machines. Seems absolutely typical the fourth (we didn’t even know there was a fourth) one was working!

BWLegal needs to prove which machine they provided the logs for ?

The one we have a video of is the same level we were parked (went to two others then last tried the one where we parked) so we can match that to when we came in that day (they provided that for us) and the machine we have videoed is last used 15 minutes before we got to the car park to renew and then it was used half hour after the video was taken. ����!♀️

They’ve got four different ‘transaction IDs’ so I’m assuming four different machines. It has pay machine: *date time, *which ‘transaction ID’ and *the last digits on the reg, *price paid for so many hours..

Only just seen the other message about hijacking in court.. I definitely said about having evidence in the defence.

I’m looking for my appeal email which I’m sure I said it in too. I’m fairly positive I did as I thought that would be the end of it!

Well, each pay machine will have it's own record, bit like an ATM.
The question must be which machine do they refer to

11.03, machine 3, 4 hours, £7, car reg
11.05, machine 2, 1 hours, £2, car reg
11.10, machine 4, 3 hours, £5, car reg

You said ... So he went to the car park at 1pm for a ticket the was running out at 1:20pm. For 20 minutes he tried to get a ticket. The video is for 1:22pm and shows it’s still not working.

The logs above are 2 hrs prior

And court protocols dictate that you present it to the court and to the claimant at the WS and Exhibits stage, anything in court is demonstrating the evidence already presented

And the times are critical to both sides, so if the person at the machine tried and failed at 1pm, it's not really relevant what happened at 11am

The above was an example.. am I allowed to share the actual data here?

Also, I will be giving both judge an claimant the video with my evidence and WS which I’ll submit very soon! So all should be fine in that respect ☺️
