make sure you can download the pdf and open it in adobe reader
assuming all is well, I believe you should include it in your evidence pack. I cannot comment on the legal terms however as I am not a legal person
but your defence mentioned it and I think this is the correct document which your defence statement is referring to, hence its inclusion0 -
Hi!
So just confirming, I send my WS and evidence pack and cost sheet to the judge, via email? OR in person? Which I’ll probs do as I need to deliver the memory stick with the video on.
Then email BW? Just the WS? They don’t need all evidence? Or do I need to get two memory sticks?
Then on the day I need 3 copies of everything AGAIN!? Is that right? So essentially print everything 5 times?0 -
You need to send all evidence to the Claimant as well as the court.
Best to hand deliver to the court a nicely organised folder with all evidence indexed and paginated.
I'll leave your last question for someone else to answer.0 -
Great so I’ll hand deliver everything to court and just email BW it? Do I email bw my costs sheet or just give the court that one? Thank you.0
-
A copy of everything you send to the court must be sent to the claimant.0

Is it a good sign to be offered a settlement? It’s only £50 less but still?
Do BW always go through with court claims?0 -
Chances are it's a last ditch attempt to extort money before they decide to withdraw
I would not take it, let them discontinue or let the judge decide
With the help you have had on this they are finding it hard going, lol0 -
Thank you! I’m hoping it’s that. We’ll be taking it to the end no matter what (because why not? We’ll probably be better off even if we lose, which I’m sure we won’t!) but was just hoping that it may indeed be that! Glad you think that too 0

BWLegal reads this forum, they have to as we are their number one enemy.
Google is rife with bad stuff about BWLegal0
