Hi! How do I see b w Legals response to my defence? They’ve claimed to have sent me one, but I’ve not received anything.

If you really haven't received it, check your spam folder, is it in an un-noticed email attachment, then complain to BWL.

I’ve typed it into my search box and nothing is coming up from them?? This letter is through the post & all correspondence has been through the post so I’d assume it would come via that not email.. but none from either? Shall I complain in writing or email? What shall I say? Just straight to the point it hasn’t been received?

Email them for a copy stating that it has not been received

I got a letter this week saying that they’re giving us a last chance to pay as we have no prospect of winning, and they said they had responded to my defence. All correspondence has been via Royal Mail. So would have expected this to have been to? What are the chances they’re saying they have but haven’t? I will contact them!

Will it have gone onto MCol? I can’t seem to log in. I’ve got all details but forgotten password and clicking forgot password isn’t working, it just keeps sending me a loop.. does anyone know what MoJ means? It says I need to get new password from there but I have no idea what it means.

Hello.

I’ve been looking for the Jolley vs Carmel case transcript to take to court (do I send this in as evidence also?) Where can I find it, please?

Also, I’ve wrote to bw, just awaiting a reply. What happens if they ignore me? As they have done with the SAR (that was Britannia)?

Also, months ago, I rang the aquarium to ask for help. They do not own the car park and are a charity so said they could not help. The lady I spoke to, I have her name, said “this is not the first time one of our customer have complained about the parking machines not working” and she spoke further with her manager. I asked if she could give me more details or I could use this in court but then I got passed on to someone else and could no longer speak to this specific lady.. am I allowed to use this in my WS as evidence? Or is it not sufficient? Should it have been mentioned in my Defence first? Thank you all. You’re amazing.
