I thought I’d edited enough out so it didn’t read like a WS ha. I’ll have another go.

Yeah it’s about 80 more. That must be an older figure from a letter from BW. I’ll put the figure that’s on the court letter then.

Would I put the court claim figure as what bw are demanding or the last figure be asked for? As the court claim Figure isn’t what bw would get as some of it would be going to the court?

Court date received. It says all evidence and things need to be supplied now..

Do I supply them with all letters we’ve received (not evidence but just wondered) or just the video/ticket from the day in question?

We have no witness’ either..

What should we expect on the day? It says it’ll take upto an hour?

Also, what’s the thing we write to claim back losses from them ‘when’ we win?

you submit your WS plus the exhibits (evidence) you are relying on , those papers also tell you to copy in the claimant, as does the NEWBIES thread , post #2

the NEWBIES thread and other court case threads tell you what to expect, please read them

you prepare a costs schedule and submit it a few days before the hearing, see the NEWBIES thread post #2 about that too, including the posts by bargepole and LOC123

its clear that you are not reading that NEWBIES thread, post #2 , whereas it should be your goto bible

No.

And wait till the last 48 hours before submitting your case law (what cases did your defence mention - check back - you need to adduce transcripts of them) and other evidence.

Reason being you really want to see their WS and evidence first, so you can comment on the holes in the evidence in your WS! Be ready for them to file 'half a house brick' thick pile of papers, but it's all template rubbish.

Oh submitting case law? Is this included in the WS or something else? When do I have to submit this case law? Do I need the whole case? Where do I find it?

you have had 3 months to research all this, everything you need is on here, in that NEWBIES thread and using the forum search box , we rarely see anything new here but we do see S.S.D.D. , groundhog day , like a hamster on a treadwheel, seeing the same rungs come round and round again

we tell you where to look, what to look for , advise on the steps needed if necessary, we wont do it for you

the cake doesnt make or bake itself if you havent read the recipe book , bought all the tools and ingredients and followed the same path as previous chefs in doing the prep work, the correct mixings of ingredients , at the correct times , for the grand finale , the production of the cake good enough to eat on the day it was needed
