I’m intimidated by all the defence examples! They’re so wordy! Do I just look through all examples and use bits that would apply to me and edit where necessary?

Oh I’ve tried and tried to get hold of the manager of the car park. But to no avail. The lady I’ve spoken with several tones will never pass me over an takes me name. No matter how much I demand. She’s fed up of me now. And I’ve never heard from the manager if she did pass on my name and number... my MP emailed them but got a reply similar to we did, that we overstayed our ticket so breached contract.. the aquarium we’re going to give me in writing that I’m not their only customer to comptthe machines weren’t working and get a ticket, so I had evidence for the judge.. but no such luck and they’ve gone back in their word, which is a shame!

I can understand what you say .... The county court is the lowest court, next down would be like when you were at school with your headmaster. Mind you "no spanking" but they do spank idiot legals who waste the courts time

The judges in county court are not looking for how clever you are, if you speak in legal terms, if you stutter or are nervous.

It's the facts they look for and that means win or lose

I don’t know that I have enough to write a large defence. The machines weren’t working. So we couldn’t get an update ticket after our previous one ran out. I can’t say things about unclear signage etc as that was all fine ��

That is a 'feature' of whatever app you are using.

Access the forum through a web browser and you won't have that problem, but quite how you are going to manage an expansive subject like this on a tiny screen is beyond me.

I’m not on an app, it’s the browser on my phone. I’ll go on the laptop shortly. Just settling the babies and a phone is easiest.

I can’t seem to find the defence template by bargepole? I bookmarked it ages ago but I can’t seem to find it. I’m going round in circles with all the links. Anyone find it?
