Brittania parking- BW Legal

Sorry, what does it mean, when you say “as the principal to the contract” as the aquarium have nothing to do with parking firm? They don’t own it or have any say in their business etc.0

Also I rang the company who dies own the car park and they would not pass me on to a manager. She kept saying I need to talk to Britannia! I kept repeating myself and she eventually said give me a brief summary to pass on. Which I had to (even though I know ‘coupon mad’ said not to!) but she wasn’t passing me on. So she’s passed that on to the directors or something.0

Does a letter of claim have to title that it's that? Fretting my last letter from BWLegal was one, and I've not realised? It definitely doesn't say it is. But it has all the info everyone seems to mention, forms to fill out, and budget forms..?0

Becky yes that's a letter before claim. Yo will receive a court claim in due course.
Personally I would just wait for the claim form to arrive and then come back here.0 -

Yes it is then.
The NEWBIES thread suggests sending the PPC a SAR, and BW a holding letter.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Do I type out the SAR and holding letter as an email and send as email, or do I type out a letter on word formally and attach it to the email? Does it matter?0

Email is easiest, with ID attached (e.g. your V5C to show you are the data subject).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for all your help! I don’t know what I’d do without all of you freely helping like this!
I can’t believe I didn’t realise it was a LOC. I left responding until the very last minute. Time has now passed but I’ve sent the SAR anyway...
It’s not looking good is it?0 -
BW Legal cases always look good to me! As in, almost every poster wins in court.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello. I sent the SAR end of January and have received absolutely no acknowledgment or response.
Today I have received the court claim form. Do I do the defence now? Where do look for help with this? Back to the newbie thread?
Thanks0
