Hello everyone! Am I right in thinking I should hold off sending the WS for as long as possible to hopefully see Their WS first?
I need to do it pretty soon.. I was going to deliver in person to the court.. not sure how much longer to wait.0 -
Do so by the court deadline Day for handing it in and also to the claimant too0
-
Is the claimants date the same as mine? So when the deadline is up I should’ve received theirs?0

This is just a photo from online but it’s the one for Britannia.
This is what I use in comparison to Beavis? There’s only this one sign with the fine on I think. It’s when you go into the car park. As in driving in. I don’t think any in there near machines etc have the £85 fine. There’s lots of signs inside but just saying remember to pay for ticket before leaving the car park and how much it is per hour etc.
What would I say in regards to Beavis?
Ignore the other photos. It’s the top right one.0 -

The Beavis case was all about the fairness of the £85 charge.
The Supreme court said it was.
Even though, the norm is £100.
BUT ..... Beavis is nothing to do with your case even though the nutters are trying to say it is ....... still trying to scam on a fabrication
The one main point is that the Beavis case said £85 was acceptable, they did NOT approve a scam charge applied by BWLegal0 -
Beavis overstayed on a free car park on private land, with no option to extend the stay , where POFA applied
parking on a pay and display car park where bylaws apply is totally different and the parking company are not leasing the land and do not own the land , so its a penalty charge , not parking charge
thats your starter for 100 -
You’re all amazing. Thank you!0

Hello again! I don’t submit my schedule of costs do I? Just the WS & Exhibits?
I take the schedule of costs with me to the hearing, am I correct? When would be appropriate to hand it out to them should I win?
Thank you all!0 -
Sent your cost schedule to the court and the claimant three days before the hearing.
Don't forget to take proof of loss of earnings, e.g. payslip, with you on the day.0
