Have you got your sad lamp set up yet ??
I have it here beside the bed. I will be using it in the morning. This morning I was a little later up so didn't get around to it.
My brother has rung from France he has been chasing my Mum's medication that they were supposed to deliver and haven't. He's told me that I sound like Mum and need to go to the doctor tomorrow. My appointment is next Wednesday but perhaps I will go to the walk in clinic tomorrow if I don't feel any better .
I didn't get much peace this afternoon as the door bell kept going, people dropping off work on the off chance, deliveries of things for my path etc
DS did Parents afternoon. It will do him good to be involved with things.
My friend brought Dgd home so at least I have not had to venture outside.
Still trying to rest but will not sleep now until after kids are in bed. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -

Take every chance you can to recover. DD has been very ill since her flu injection last week Could be a coincedence as she's normally not too bad after the annual one. I feel tired ,achy and a bit out of things and I didn't have the injection. 2 wards are on lockdown in our local hospital due to Norovirus and Superdoc is overwhelmed .
We're back with him tomorrow morning and I think dd will need either oral steroids or the injection into her shoulder. I suspect the calcification has built up again. She's not up to another Barbotage at the moment so hoping steroid will manage it for now.
Is gd managing to get around at school? I hope the abs have helped your mum and she's feeling much better.
I've had a letter re dds ESA today which is a bit confusing . I can't work out if they've done a paper based assessment rather than face to face so have asked over on benefits and work.
It's nice to see you back hb2. I was thinking if you while discussing Marlowe. I remembered the twins and the wench and started laughing, they already think I'm a bit dizzy so noone remarked on it.
Take care everyone. I wish I could fast forward to spring I used to love Autumn and Winter but it does have its challenges.
Hope the spasms have eased beanie.

There but for fortune go you and I.0 -
Spasms have eased thank you pollyanna
Hope you get to the bottom of DD's ESA.
