Well it sounds as though you're doing everything possible beanie to manage your condition. I don't know anyone with it and I'm sure you're the expert here. Various suggestions can help with some conditions and hinder with others so I don't have the knowledge to suggest any. All I can do is keep sending the love and light and hope things will ease for you.
Take care

Happy Birthday DGD hope you have a lovely day xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Happy Birthday DGD hope you have a lovely day xx
Thanks Molly!
Her Mum came up for a few hours and we went out to the new Pub restaurant for lunch. It was very pleasant.
My Mum rang me this morning to tell me that she wasn't well and she has had the doctor out. She's been given antibiotics and Biggest husband went and collected them for her.
Unfortunately I don't feel too well this afternoon and my skin is crawling and I have started coughing and another headache is brewing.
Not good as I only have an hour before DS goes outvto work and I have the children to deal with.
Dgd got her plaster cast off yesterday and is beginning to get herself walking with only one crutch.
I am going to drink my tea and nap while I can and hopefully the paracetamol will do some magic. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
A day off doing as little as possible.
Tomorrow I will be playing catch-up with my sewing but I am unable to go to work today as DS is working. I am on home duties.
Coughing like a good one and keeping warm and drinking lots of fluids. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
I'm coughing and sneezing nonstop. Lots of people seem to be the same. I find the Bells mentholated bronchial balsam ( now sold under various brands including Wilko and some supermarkets with the Bells name on the back label) helps ease the cough and avoid congestion. A hottish shower or bath seems to help clear the airways too.
I'm thirsty all the time but seem to have gone off tea which is strange as I'm a real teapot.I'm drinking proper dandelion and burdock or ginger beer to stay hydrated.
I've spent ages trying to find that Stormy Weather knitted shawl pattern from Elaines blog. DD got fed up in the end and although she has a private fb site she signed up to twitter to contact Elaine. Very quick response , still trying to recover the blog. Security on my laptop is showing a yellow warning rather than bad gateway so must have been a heck of a hack. It seems to be a ravelry pattern so have tracked it to pinterest under MFI3. Now need dd to use her pinterest account to see if she can track the original pattern .
I hope you get a bit of you time among the childcare and feel better soon.

I will get time when all are in bed.
Sausages in the oven, going to do just sausage mash peas and gravy for tea. What I call comfort food.
I didn't venture out today, not even to my Cabin.
But I hope to spend the day in it tomorrow as soon as Dgd is in school. Now her cast is off she's hopefully going to start integrating into class tomorrow.
DS has the day off so I should be free to catch up on my sewing. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -

Hope all goes to plan tomorrow
I should stop planning!
I had a down day. Tearful and emotional. I don't feel well and my Mum is unwell and had to have the doctor twice. It was an effort to get through the morning routine with the family and it was 11 before I got to my cabin. I sewed until 8.45pm.
Still masses to do. I am not going to take in anymore work unless they are happy to wait 3 weeks. I am still trying to find a happy medium around DS's shifts and family life.
Today I have to manage myself better as my left side is bad and my cough has developed into a sore throat as well.
Luckily my first customer is not until 10.30 this morning.
Time to make Dgd get up (again!)When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Dgd went to school if a little late.
My 10.30 customers cancelled as she's unwell. I worked through until 15 minutes ago but I cannot get my aches and pains under control, my skin is crawling and I cannot get warm. I admit defeat and have brought a cuppa soup to bed. Luckily I don't have children until 6pm so hopefully the last lot of paracetamol will start to work. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0
