I'm sorry that GD has been in the wars again, hope she heals quickly! It's not difficult!

Update on Dgd, returned to Fracture Clinic and she's now in plaster up to the knee.
DS has a lot more work and mine is still keeping me busy. Slowly getting the cabin how I want it. Trying to keep positive and enjoying the extended weather.
Haven't heard much from the twins lately or Biggest. Managed a few hours with my Mum on One ofvthe days mid week, and enjoyed a glass of wine at the Garden Centre in the late afternoon sunshine.
I am adapting but still find it strange not posting my thoughts etc.
Had a few messages, will answer them tomorrow. Very late night tonight as DS was at work and his Gaf was helping me blitz the sitting room and rearranging the furniture again. Continually tweaking the layout and what furniture we are using here in the house or out in the Cabin and garden.
Also slowly tackling my mountains of clutter, one bagful at a time. I may be quite a while though!

She's been a huge help and enabling me to sew and she will do housework with me, for me.
DS is working more shifts and seems to be enjoying his new job.
I worry about this report though

As I fear the judge said that the local authorities were failing these children when we were in court recently.
I am working slowly at the moment. Family takes a lot of time. But beginning to get the cabin how I want it now.
Nothing else to report (that I can anyway).

I have survived another week of meetings etc.
The artist guy from last year/earlier in the year contacted me and brought a lady to meet me who has had some clothing samples made, and now is asking me to create Men's wear. Crazy jackets, hoodies and famine flouncy ladies. With lots of details etc.
I would love to do it but doubt I will have the time.
I would still like to spend more time in my Cabin then I am currently getting. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
The plan is to do the basic housework until 10 after I have got DGD to school. Hopefully her last week in Plaster. It's her Birthday on Friday, her Mum is coming to see her Saturday. DS is now working mostly from 5pm 6 days a week, but is keeping Wednesday as his aday off, so I can be able to Babysit for Biggest. Her foot is taking a long time to heal.
My next project is to get some sort of path from the back gate to the Cabin as it is grass at the moment and not ideal in the wet weather.
Life is beginning to settle down a bit. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -

Is it wrong to want to just sit in my now clean, tidy and very quiet home with a cup of tea, my ryvita etc and relax with some TV rather than go to work?
