So I have read the Social report and am starting to see what is going to happen.
I will know more on Tuesday. The recommendations are shared parental responsibility but with me as the primary career, and the overall say to do what is best for the children and to stop the stalemate the parents are in over school etc.
I will probably go to court on Tuesday as I might have to be asked questions about my agreement and I will have to apply for the care order apparently, but the recommendation is that it starts immediately .
    So whirlwind on the horizon.

We spent the day at Biggests with her two little ones and the boys when we collected them. Mum was all sweetness and soppy but had a new man in tow, who the lad called "Uncle" ahem!
Another person who will require vetting then along side DSs gf who has already agreed to have a visit etc.

I popped around my Mum to print her plane tickets and to tell her that the baby drowned my telephone in the dogs water bucket in the garden!

This is where I regret not writing down my passwords etc and relying on the phone to store and my finger print.

Anyway we've had good family time today.

Borrowed a phone but not all my things work on it and unfortunately those are the banking apps!
So I will have to dig out the laptop and see if I can access that way.
We've had bedlam before school with the lad throwing tantrums and the baby has decided that screaming at the top of his lungs is a good way to get attention. Erm well calm granny, low voice, eye level contact and eventually we calmed down and had a giggle or two. Dgd is off to big school for induction week. My friend has taken her with her son as we were all running late.
I am going to be late for work if I don't make a move!
    Happy Monday
Pinch the punch the first of the month. And all that jazz.

A very busy day. The work is still piling in the door and I am working flat out and staying late.
Tomorrow I will be at court so I will be playing catch up all week. Wednesday I have to give another Seamstress a lesson on an overlocker, but I think the rest of the day I can divide between house and work.
I have enough to keep myself occupied anyway.
I spoke to the Social today, while they hope for a done and dusted case tomorrow it may not be that way, so I am still non the wiser as to who is going to be where Wednesday.

So will I . I think we'll all be behind you in spirit tomorrow Mooloo.
I'm hoping they will put firm conditions and proper boundaries in place re the shared parental responsibility . As primary carer the less hassle you face the better.when it comes to putting the little ones first and their needs first.

Thank you all for the birthday wishes a Friday birthday turned into a lovely weekend of nice things rather than have to do things.

hb2 I'm beginning to think you and I are twins. A wise old owl, Wols and your mention of being a real live dinosaur (me too) makes me suspect we are.

Still no rain here , the rain dance failed However we've had sun and a lovely coastal breeze blowing in all day which is lovely.

I hope your workshop base is drying out nicely Mooloo.

Are you feeling a bit better beanie? I hope things are a bit easier now.

Positive vibes for everyone who needs it.
Thanks for the wishes and support for tomorrow.
I had a chat today with the main social worker which seems to go well. We will see what tomorrow will bring.
I will have to contact all my banks etc as I cannot registration them on the new phone and as the phone stored all my passwords and I had fingerprint I'd, and this phone does not, I have managed to lock myself out of my app banking. I spent 36 minutes on to Barclaycard only to be told when I got through that their system had just crashed, so could not help me.
It would have been a help if the recorded message could have been changed to state that fact and I would not have had to sit around waiting on the line. Although me being me I used the time to write my diary. Something that has been slipping lately.
We are advancing the sale of my shop stock, beginning to drop to 50% which is actually what it cost me mostly. But if I can turn it in to cash all the better than stock hanging around.
I seem to have two on line fans who are buying anything dog related at the moment.

Can you put your phone in a bucket of uncooked rice? Isnt that what you do with phones that get wet?

    Good luck for tomorrow.
