Councilling session is more just a questionaire as far as I can see. But my answers were much more positive than before.
I'm going to have some lunch before I do anything else.
I've sorted out the problems with my banking apps, etc done my Balance transfers and put two credit cards away. So keeping track of my budget is the next major project at the moment.
So as I lost my housing benefits I've had to chat to housing to change my direct debits etc.

I know that I am feeling better because I am taking action again.

Yes, funny how we do actually feel better when we do take action.

I'm glad that you are feeling better in general Mooloo. Sorry that you still don't have any concrete plan but you are, at least. a step nearer to one.

Spoke with the Senco and the Pastoral Care team for Dgds school yesterday. As she is obviously going to still need on going help in the new school and made them aware of the home situation. They already had met Dgd and said oh yes she's the tall girl with lovely long hair and glasses, rather clumsy. Erm yep that's her. I told them her Mum has Dyspraxia, Dyslexia and Mild Autistism and although we have no diagnosis, I see traits of that in her, and described Dgd at home etc, and they agreed that the things I described were often linked with these issues. I also told them of the possible changes to the household and my change in work, so they are aware of the situation. They told me that her school trips will be covered by the pupil premium and she will need a passport this year for a day trip to France.
That reminds me I need to find her passport as it's not with mine! Eek.
The basic school uniform needs to be ordered by the 15th so I need to find £153. For that in the next few days. I really don't want to use my credit cards again. I just moved everything on to a 0% deal on to one card. So I have until January 2021 to pay it back without further interest.
DS babysat for Biggest for me while I did the school meeting, I came home cooked dinner and went to bed by 9.15.

Time to get up properly, and not sit here in bed with my cup of tea and flicking through my phone!

Some schools/councils offer uniform grants Mooloo- I wonder whether you might be entitled to one?

Also some schools choose to use Pupil Premium funding to assist with uniform - worth asking?
