Everything crossed dgd hasn't done any real damage and a&e wont be needed. You probably already know this but if you loosen the roll of vinyl when it arrives and leave it in the workshop for a couple of days it will be easier to lay and less likely to spread after laying.

Been to the doctor, got to go to A & E but have to wait for DS to get back from his doctors appointment. The lad has had a few meltdowns as the routine is different.
Dgd is hiding in her room as she doesn't want anyone standing on her foot. Baby is asleep but due to wake soon. Electricians are here now an hour early so they might wake him drilling. Electric is off now so persuading the lad to sit in the garden on the swing seat with me.

My car is definitely going to have to be changed.

I don't think you'll forget the last couple of days in a hurry. Have you warned all the family not to respond or engage in any way to texts, messages etc from the ex? With no handovers due there isn't a reason for contact. Of course recordings and screenshots will be useful.


Hopefully it wont take too long for the lad to get used to a different routine once all the drama and change is over. He's very young and with luck that will be a positive.

I'm not surprised that the lad is unsettled, bless him. I'm sure a settled routine will help - you just have to get to that stage first! It does sound as if the SW dept are finally moving in the right direction. Fingers crossed that the ex doesn't kick off in the expected way.

What a hectic day. I dropped Dgd back at home, did the Aldi shopping and then came and took over from DS at Biggests. He took the shopping home for me so they are all able to have dinner etc. I shared a pizza with the lad here.
Even I am getting confused to which number is which dgs or Dgd these Days.
Believe that the exgf tried to pull a stunt last night but not sure if she did as our phones were on do not disturb so we only have a third parties input.
Time will tell I suppose .
Baby here in bed. Story time for the lad then.

My first day of change of plans due to the new circumstances. I only managed an hour and 1/2 at work doing fittings and then sorting work to bring home to do tonight when the children are in bed.
My upcycled bureau has arrived this afternoon.
My desk and some shelves will be coming next time the lady is passing. I would happily move everything in now but I am awaiting the flooring so I better not.

Running around after these guys is going to help me loose weight that's for sure.
DS has been making his statement about the last assault and actually gone back for 5 years of the abuse that he has received from the ex. So she is not going to enjoy the results of that statement.
He has dashed in and grabbed a clean shirt and out to the new job.
So I am on Childcare duties for the rest of the day, dinner, bath and beds etc under granny.
They haven't asked for Mum at all.
