Go to your distributor's website and you should be able to check there. I checked on the day after my switch to Bulb completed and it was showing Bulb as my supplier.

Both the Together Energy website & EDF website show me as a customer. Where on either website would I find who my supplier is?

I received my final OneSelect bill by email from Together Energy which looks OK although it's chastening to be reminded that my energy now costs 25-30% more than I was paying OneSelect. No wonder they went out of business.

I still haven't received a reply from Together Energy to any of the 10-12 emails that I have sent over the last two months & they have provided no bill of any sort during that time not least because I've not been able to enter any meter readings.

Neither supplier will give you this information. You need to go to your distributor. There is a rough map showing the distributors here: https://www.ofgem.gov.uk/key-term-explained/map-who-operates-electricity-distribution-network

Thanks. UK Power Networks confirm that my electricity supplier is EDF Energy.

Still haven't received my final bill for One Select from TE Logged in on the TE website but no information on there. No reply to the emails I've sent them over the past 6 weeks or so!!
I need the OS bill as I'm in dispute with First Utility (the supplier before OS) over both start and final readings!:(
  • I switched just before notification of OS going bust.....the switch has gone through and I've chased Together Energy about my final bill at the beginning of February to which they said it should be ready by the 14th. Due about £112 refund.

    Nothing yet.....

Wondering when I'll hear from them and whether its worth the call when I suspect they'll just say
"sorry it will be done soon, we are very busy. etc etc." just like the last time.

Together Energy has 6 weeks from the date it receives your opening reading from your new supplier to issue you with a final bill.

I was one of the first to switch away (my switch completed 22nd Jan) and am not expecting my final bill for another few weeks.

Have to be totally honest and say I couldn't care less about my previous suppliers. I've seen no charges from either OS or TE and no longer bother to look at their old websites. I've cancelled all DD's linked to either of these suppliers so as far as I'm concerned if they can prove I owe them anything then I'll pay them. Life's too short to be worrying about rubbish energy companies.

On their complaints page they do invite customers who are local to visit their offices in person - which is brave.
