They may be getting their act together - although I am no longer a customer, I was able to request a password link for my online account. This was sent immediately, and there is an account set up with my name and address.
One of the options available is to see your bill - at the moment nothing is there.0 -

Has anyone had their final bills? Just spoke with together energy and was advised that they had emailed me at 11am today, the email has not yet come through. I've got to give it an hour and then call back for them to escalate the issue.0

Yes, I received my final OneSelect bill, sent by Together Energy, by email yesterday.0

I haven't had my final OneSelect bill. I haven't had my final Together Energy bill either as I switched to EDF yesterday although according to https://www.findmysupplier.energy my supplier is still Eddington Energy Supply Limited i.e. Together Energy.0

I switched to SO ENERGY on 25 January - today when I checked the supplier website it now shows SO as my supplier. Perhaps give it 10-ish days to see the change of supplier.0 -

Am I right in assuming that I really have switched now that I can enter readings on my EDF account? Since 13th February when I switched I have had a Together Energy online account where I can also enter meter readings.0
