It seems that's the case i.e. 86 in 70 is 110% + 9mph whereas I was quoted it as 120% + 2mph by my local SCAM partnership

I do not want to sound smug but her driving leaves a lot to be desired,maybe a ban would sort her out.:eek:

People complain about white van drivers and taxi drivers, they should try living on a road used by parents doing the school run.

well it looks like a ban would be the ideal situation,
I mean you've admitted that she'd be on 9 pts if she receives a 3 pointer and if she managed to double up on a road that has two speeding cameras like we have then a ban could be on the cards, added to that you've also said she ran a red light and got away with that and she's already had a speeding awareness course you have to question why this happening,
maybe if she actual caused an accident or even worse taken a child's life as it sounds like its on a school run would that then make her understand.

having read all the posts on here not one person has said anything but to try and save you money by not paying a fine that sounds like she truly deserves, I'm not a saint my self and I'm not posting to just cause an argument but sit down and think this one over, take a look at your own child and imagine that another driver was speeding and taken your child away from you its a no brainer

Do the letters state the exact time, i.e., minutes and seconds?

Wondering if she has triggered the same camera in the space of a minute?
