    Hello everyone, we're a third of the year in and doing pretty well on our overpayments.

    No. 74 with April OP of £3350.

    Julicorn, I just had a look at the spreadsheet and it seems you've already filled in my April so no need for you to do anything with this update. Many thanks.

    Ooopppss - Just went back over my submissions and realised I had caused the issue. Sorry Julicorn, I reported March OP twice and updated my signature twice :doh::doh:

    20.5 coupons used in 2020. 62.5 used in 2021. 94.5 remaining as of 21/3/22

    Your OH will need to check this. Some allow unlimited OPs, some have restrictions like a max of 10% etc.

    If the mortgage allows this, then physically you can do it, you just won't get any acknowledgement of the payment, he will.

  • No. 40 checking in to report another OP of £3500 taking my YTD total to £18950 which means my mortgage is now gone :beer: I don’t think it’s quite sunk in yet!

    £41,000 just paid which brings my mortgage to a close.

    I am now mortgage free!

    OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I am at £1286.68/£3000 or 42.89% of my annual spend so far
    I also Reverse Meal Plan on that thread and grow much of our own premium price fruit and veg, joining in on the Grow your own thread
